If you are going by the BMI scale to judge if you are overweight you should know that it is incredibly skewed. Dont worry about your weight because you are beautiful.
I know the BMI scale is not entirely acurate, since peope have differing aspects about themselves, but it’s still something to go by. I know at the weight and the size I am for my height I’m considered unhealthy and I honestly don’t like the way I look. I want to be healthy for once in my life. Is that so much to ask?
“Warning: If you are reading this then this warning is for you. Every word you read of this useless fine print is another second off your life. Don’t you have other things to do? Is your life so empty that you honestly can’t think of a better way to spend these moments? Or are you so impressed with authority that you give respect and credence to all that claim it? Do you read everything you’re supposed to read? Do you think every thing you’re supposed to think? Buy what you’re told to want? Get out of your apartment. Meet a member of the opposite sex. Stop the excessive shopping and masturbation. Quit your job. Start a fight. Prove you’re alive. If you don’t claim your humanity you will become a statistic. You have been warned.”—Chuck Palahniuk (via atomos)
You don't need to worry about your weight, nobody should. You've posted your weight before, and it's completely normal. You're perfectly healthy. Your icon is extremely beautiful, and I'm sure you are too. Don't worry about weight.
I’m actually not at a healthy weight for my height. I’m catergorized under obese. I’d really love to just be a healthy weight and comfortable with my body. But thank you. I know you mean well.
(Sorry, I haven’t been on in a few days, guys. I’ve been busy catching up on school work and just been kinda down lately. I’ll start doing my daily intakes again soon and I’ll catch up on my Christmas Challenge days.)
